今天我們給自己足夠的時間,慢慢地練習。認識自己的身體,沒有花俏的體位法,有很多的呼吸。椎間盤突出、犁狀肌症候群、背肌筋膜炎造成的不適,都可以經由瑜珈練習改善。最讓我開心的是,今天大家身上都有“光”。你/妳們懂我的。We slow down to breathe, to create space from within.
